Spoke with the rep over phone and was impressed at how quickly a technician was scheduled to come out to evaluate and recommend replacement of locks on doors as this was not an emergency situation. The locksmith came out, was friendly yet professional, and showed me the best options. When he returned with the parts, he did a first rate job in installing the new locks.
